THE SOUTHBRIDGE HOTEL, Singapore – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the London Ritz hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms lacked the conditions for a good rest due to only having skylights and being on the small side, the service was overall friendly, though I had an issue with being charged for a cup of coffee after checking out at noon. The location is fantastic, especially for tourists, being right in Chinatown, although be prepared for total darkness in the room. The dining options were limited, but the food was well-priced and tasty. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location, right on the edge of Chinatown and just minutes away from the MRT. The rooms, though not as small as I expected from the pictures, were luxuriously comfortable. The service was top-notch, with very helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The dining options were tasty, but the limited breakfast hours were a bit of a downside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
